Shear Scraper

This tool is used with your tool rest slightly above centre height and angled down with the cutting tip on a shear angle. A superb tool used both internally and externally for removing slight ridge marks left by your bowl gauge. These are made in three different sizes with 304 stainless steel shanks. The screw on tips are HSS. The shank length given is the distance from the ferrule and an extra 75mm has been allowed to fit into your handle.
